Project Overview
Client came with an old Wix website and a ThemeForest idea. I analyzed the requested theme and found it
paid + slow. I recommended Envato Elements kits instead (faster setup, better performance),
helped select a suitable kit, and rebuilt the site on WordPress + Elementor.
- Move from Wix to a fast, modern WordPress stack.

Key Challenges
- Original ThemeForest choice had poor performance.
- Client initially buying WordPress.com hosting (not ideal for needs).
- Domain on GoDaddy, nameservers on Wix—email stopped working.

- Hosting Setup: Advised against WordPress.com for this use; recommended Hostinger/SiteGround; proceeded with Hostinger.
- Build: Installed WordPress, activated Elementor, imported the kit, customized branding, services & content.
- DNS Migration: Switched GoDaddy nameservers from Wix to Hostinger; added MX and CNAME records to restore email.
- Optimization: Compressed images, improved Core Web Vitals basics, and ensured mobile responsiveness.
