Build a modern, **members-only music catalog** where invited users (Fans, Label Owners, A&R) can log in to stream songs and beats by genre, and watch a front-page YouTube review playlist. Admin must approve each signup before access.
- Private site: login required for all content.
- Simple upload workflow for tracks and artwork by genre.
- Stable player UX across desktop and mobile.

- Switching themes to meet dynamic catalog needs without losing velocity.
- Implementing **admin approval** & role-based access with optional social link field.
- Embedding a **YouTube playlist** block that stays performant and reliable.
Your Solution
- Foundation & Access: Installed WordPress & music theme, configured **full site gating** with manual admin approval and role selection (Fan, Label, A&R).
- IA & Menus: Set up top-level navigation (Home, About, Songs, Beats, Events, News, Contact) and clear genre taxonomy for both Songs and Beats.
- Media & Reviews: Integrated **YouTube reviews playlist** on the homepage; created a dedicated Reviews page.
- Performance & Migration: Moved DNS from GoDaddy to Hostinger, tuned caching rules, and prepared CDN options for scale.
- Client Enablement: Delivered Loom tutorials for adding tracks, creating new genres, and managing users/approvals.
Result: a working, members-only catalog with genre browsing, playlist section, and controlled user onboarding.
