Project Overview
Built and optimized a custom B2B platform for Orthocarve, a family-run workshop producing CNC-milled orthopedic models (Fräsmodellen) from client-uploaded 3D scan files using a 7-axis robot. The site enables order creation, secure file uploads, production tracking, invoicing, and delivery notes — all tailored for Sanitätshäuser (orthopedic supply houses) in Germany.

Solution
- Core Setup: Customized WooCommerce for file-based custom orders, with secure uploads and production workflow.
- UX Fixes: Unified download button, raised upload limit to 100MB, default STL filter, order editing restored.
- Invoicing: Redesigned PDF templates (swapped From/Bill-to blocks, repositioned “Rechnung” heading); prepped for German strings.
- Email/Domains: Migrated accounts to Hostinger (handled paid plan pitfalls, refunds, re-imports for sync); pointed additional domains from Ionos.
- Analytics: Reset WooCommerce stats, explained/corrected net vs total sales differences caused by post-import adjustments.
- Security/Email: Removed unnecessary login barriers, disabled auto-confirmation emails (only invoice/delivery notes sent).
